1. QUANTITY AND QUALITY数量及品质

The quantity and quality shall be mutually agreed by Seller and Buyer in separate contract attachment Seller shall ensure that the flotation Lead Concentrate’s quality, impurity contents and radioactivity level conform to CIQ’s regulations for lead concentrate imported into China in effect at the time of shipment. If the concentrate is rejected to import by the customs due to assays over the CIQ limites, all direct losses shall borne by the Seller. If the material is rejected by Chinese Customs because of the material being solid waste, all direct any losses shall borne by Seller.数量和质量应由卖方和买方在单独的合同附件中共同商定。卖方应确保浮选铅精矿的品质、杂质含量和放射性水平符合装运时CIQ对进口到中国的铅精矿的规定。如果由于精矿化验超过了CIQ限制而被海关拒收，所有直接损失应由卖方承担。如果由于材料为固体废物而被中国海关拒收，所有直接损失应由卖方承担。

The buyer shall not bear the cost caused by Solid waste inspection at transit port.买方不承担在中转港进行固体废物检验的费用。

This contract shall continue on an evergreen frame basis for 2 calendar years that is for year 2020 and 2021.本合同应在逐年自动展期的框架基础上持续2个日历年，即2020年和2021年。
