One safe berth, main port(s), China at buyer’s option, with minimum 18.0m salt water arrival draft, subject to vessel owner’s approval, subject to the available draft on vessel’s arrival at discharge port, subject to no restriction on vessel basis vessel’s configuration, i.e. LOA / Beam / Hatch size.. etc and subject to the vessel can be accepted for discharging by concerned port’s authority. Lightening if any is for buyer’s risk and expenses. Any additional charges for discharge cargo, such as hire of stock yard, cargo moving / shifting charges, etc, shall be borne by Buyer. 一个安全泊位，主要港口，中国，由买方选择，最小18.0m盐水到达吃水深度，须经船东批准，以船舶到达卸货港时的可用吃水为准，不受船舶配置的限制，船长/梁/舱口等，有关港口当局可接受该船卸货。Lightening如有，则由买方承担风险和费用。卸货的任何额外费用，如堆场租用、货物移动/转移费用等，应由买方承担。

Discharge port sequence shall be at Seller’s option and confirmation. 卸货港顺序应由卖方选择和确认。
