Terms of payment 付款条款

T/T Payment, Premium US Dollars per metric tonne. 电汇付款，每吨溢价（升水）美元。

The original Payment Documents shall be released to the Buyer, then the Payment shall be made and effected in USD by T/T remittance by Buyer. 应将原始付款单据交给买方，然后由买方以电汇方式以美元付款。

The Final Price of the Material shall be any unknown LME price fixed by Buyer during the Quotational Period，buyer shall have the right to price the Material on any LME market day following contract signing till 11:00 hours London time on [***]. 点价在点价期内由买家选择，可以在点价期内以LME铜现货结算价点价，点价期自合同签订至。

材料的最终价格应为买方在点价期内确定的任何未知LME价格，买方有权在合同签订后的任何LME市场日对材料进行点价，直至伦敦时间***日11:00。
