The seller’s obligations with regard to the quality of the product supplied are limited solely to supplying product which corresponds with the description and any specifications set out in the contract. There are no guarantees, conditions, warranties or representations express or implied (whether by statute or otherwise), given in relation to the quality, merchantability, fitness or suitability of the product, for any particular purpose or otherwise, which extend beyond the description of the product and any specifications contained in this contract.

卖方对所供产品质量的义务仅限于供应符合合同规定的说明和任何规格的产品。对于超出本合同中的产品描述和任何规范的产品的质量、适销性、适用性或适当性，无论是出于任何特定目的还是其他目的，均不存在任何明示或暗示的保证、条件、担保或陈述。

注：该质量条款为卖方强势条款，卖方对于油品的质量保证相当于“看货认货”，不额外对品质承担担保责任。
